Returns & Exchanges

For cancellations or returns please contact us via e-mail at info@pitwheeldistillery.co.uk.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be for the price paid for goods only and will not include shipping costs.

Refunds will be considered on an individual basis however we will not accept refunds on items:

• with obvious signs of use or have been opened 

• not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

• returned more than 30 days after delivery

• returns are not available on personalised gifts (including gift vouchers and PitWheel Ginfusion create your own Gins).

We currently only dispatch items within the UK.

FLAT RATE: £6.95 PER ORDER FOR THE REST OF THE UK (WHERE NOT SPECIFIED ABOVE)

UK orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked and will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, once processed.

You will be notified once your order is dispatched and will receive a text or email with a more accurate time slot (where applicable)

A signature will be required on delivery.

Timescales and restrictions are set by the courier, namely Royal Mail.
